This 1997 Volkswagen EuroVan is a Winnebago Camper conversion that is finished in white over patterned gray cloth upholstery and powered by a 2.8-liter VR6 paired with a four-speed automatic transaxle. Equipment includes a pop-top bed platform, a flat-folding rear bench, swiveling front captains chairs, a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, water storage tanks, and external utility ports as well as four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, 15″ steel wheels, air conditioning, cruise control, and a Sony cassette stereo. The van has remained registered in California since 2003 and was acquired by the current owner in April 2024. This EuroVan has 92k miles and is now offered with a clean Carfax report and a clean California title.
The van is finished in white and features a Winnebago Industries pop-up camper top as well as a sliding right-side door, a rear wiper, and external utility ports.
The 15″ steel wheels wear full covers and are wrapped in Michelin tires. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes.
The front cabin features swiveling captain’s chairs are trimmed in patterned gray cloth complemented by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, power windows, and a Sony cassette stereo.
The four-spoke airbag steering wheel frames a central 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, a digital clock, and supplementary gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 92k miles, a handful of which have been added by the current owner.
The rear compartment features storage cabinets a removable second-row bench and a two-passenger rear bench seat that folds into a bed. A second bed platform with zip-open windows is housed in the pop-top. Camping equipment includes a kitchenette, a sink, a refrigerator, a two-burner propane stove, storable swivel tables, window curtains, a residential-style power outlet, and a water storage tank.
The 2.8-liter VR6 was factory rated at 140 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque. Power is delivered to the front wheels through a four-speed automatic transaxle. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
The Carfax report is free of accidents and other reported damage. The van last passed a smog test for the state of California in May 2025.
